Contacting the Alliance over the festive break

We are operating a limited service over the break with most Alliance offices and services closed for the break from 3pm on Friday 22nd December.
For insurance queries, members can still contact us on 0207 697 2595 on 27, 28 or 29 December. Working hours on these days are between 9am – 12 noon and 1pm - 5pm.
If you wish to make a claim on Christmas Day or Boxing Day, please contact RSA directly on their 24-hour Claims Helpline on 0345 300 4006.
If you are a journalist with an urgent media enquiry only, please call 07710 923 051.
We re-open again on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
