Early years funding administration service

The Early Years Alliance, working in partnership with Funding Loop, now offers a comprehensive, early years funding administration service for all early years providers in receipt of the early years entitlement who are using, or signing up to use, the  

A dedicated team will work with the setting supporting the process from start of the claim period to portal upload, liaising closely with the setting to iron out any problems identified with the checking of data. This service is available for Alliance members, at a discounted rate, and available to non-members at the full rate and includes: 

  • sending electronic claim forms to parent/carers  
  • checking and supporting adjustments of all forms 
  • full review of all parent/carer documentation received 
  • portal upload, ready for you to review and undertake final submission 
  • work with the setting to add manual data to the funding form where parent/carers need extra support  
  • on agreement, either the setting or we can upload the data to funding loop.
