Has the pandemic affected your mental health? Tell us via our survey
The Early Years Alliance has launched a new survey looking specifically at the impact of the Covid-19 on the mental health and wellbeing of the early years workforce.
As an incredibly challenging year comes to an end, we at the Alliance know how hard providers across the country have worked to continue delivering quality care and education in the most difficult of circumstances.
However, we also know from feedback from our members and the wider sector that for many in the early years, the pressures of working in the sector during the pandemic have taken a toll on mental health and wellbeing.
We as an organisation feel that it is critical that while we continue to campaign for fairer funding and other broader support from the government, the impact of the pandemic on wellbeing across the sector is not overlooked.
We would therefore be extremely grateful if you could take five minutes to share your experiences. All individual responses will be strictly anonymous and confidential.
The survey will close on Tuesday 22 December, with results published early in the New Year.
If you have any queries about the survey, please contact us at feedback@eyalliance.org.uk.
Thank you once again for your ongoing support - it is greatly appreciated.
